Andy’s Rehabilitation

My husband Andy suffered a stroke on December 13, 2018. He is at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem NC.  Unfortunately Andy does not have health insurance. We do not qualify for financial assistance because we “make to much money” although he has been unemployed recently due to a layoff. His team of doctors are recommending him for intensive therapy which has to be paid out of pocket before he can receive therapy. He will need Speech, OT, and PT.  I have the only income and I can’t afford this. But he needs a chance to recover.
