My Pal and Yours Limited was registered on the 16th May 2016 Registration number 10181499. Since its incorporation we have spent a considerable amount on, product design, company name logo, design of mock website, letterhead and business cards. We have designed and submitted our Company Trade Mark which has now received formal approval, copy attached further down in this presentation.
The intention of the company is to specialize in the promotion and sale of its Personal Hygiene Products, aimed at helping people in all walks of life, for instance, sports people, school children, office staff and manual workers from all disciplines, regardles of colour race or creed.
Over the past two years the company has spent huge sums perfecting the end product with its Chinese Manufacturers with the final aproval and acceptance expected on Mr. Stokes next visit to China in early September with a production start date early October, first shipment expected in the UK by the middle to end November 2017.
Each financial contributor to our project will receive an individualy packed first day addition of the finished product together with a Key Ring version of our trade mark boys.
Our products will be available to the world through our on line website at www.mypalandyours.com you will see from the website that it is under construction at present and will take further investment to complete.
Our aim is to raise £500000 (Five Hundred Thousand) to help with the up coming work as follows :
1. Complete our website,
2. Complete all contract negotiations in China including approval of the end product.
3. Complete transport contracts in UK i.e. from Port to Warehouse
4. Complete on Warehouse hire and warehouse Personell
5. Advertising Contracts
6. Accountancy
7. Solicitors and legal personel
8. Banking
9 Travel
While the risks an challenges are there, we are well aware of the fact that this is not going to be easy. But, with your individual help and backing, you instill in us confidence and belief that this project will be a huge success for all of us indivdualy and collectively.

Biography
My Pal and Yours CEO Mr. John Stokes holds a Masters Degree in Management and Economics. He has studdied for two years at Masters Level Contract Law at Kings College London. Negotiated large contracts in various patrts of the World such as South Korea, China, South Africa and the Middle East.
Mr Y. Mee is its Chinese Manager who is an ex Chinese Government employee, he speaks perfect English has lived in the UK and studied English and English literature at the university of Strathclyde in Scotland. He is an honorary member of the Robbie Burns Society.
Mr. Stokes and Mr. Mee have worked together over the past two years in the preperation of this project .
These two Gentlemen tolerate Social Media Websites but are not its biggest fans. However My Pal and Yours Ltd has entered into a conditional employment contract with five experienced people in this field, who will use all the advantages that those sites have to offer when it comes to advertising our products.
