Flooded basement and Asbestos!

My sister and her wonderful family bought a house in the beginning of June. This is their first home. When they purchased it, they had the pipes scoped and cleaned, and thought everything was fine. Last night their sewage backed up and flooded their basement, destroying all of their posessions they had down there, which was all of their living room, study, and art supplies amongst other things.
Their homeowners insurance, while covering flood damage, does not cover sewage backup.
I just want my sister's investment in a home to be the best thing she did in her life, not something she regrets because of unpredictable things. If you could donate or share, you'll have my full appreciation, and help young homeowners to repair their lives.
