Ana Leah Playground Accident

This is my 13 yr old niece Ana Leah on June 1, 2018 she was playing on the playground when she suddenly fell from a pull up bar after hanging upside down and landed directly on her back. Breaking her L1 vertebrae and having 4 of her other vertebrae fused together as well as a rod and screws attached to her spine. This is obviously a heartbreaking accident for her, she excels at Arial Acrobatics it makes her so happy. She also loves to play with her 4 yr old brother which she’s now having a hard time not being able to do either. Physically and Emotionally this is devastating to her.  On top of that her parents are now faced with the financial stress of all the medical bills from the accident and the surgery coupled with the unforeseen future medical needs. The estimated length of recovery time is 6months to 1 year. We will  continue to update as she progresses with her therapy any and all donations are greatly appreciated. Thank you
