Carmen's Fund to Kick Leukemia

Donation protected
On October 22, 2015, roughly a week after her 3rd birthday, Carmen was diagnosed with A-L-L Leukemia. Within her first week in the hospital, this sweet little girl has been through more than imaginable circumstances. She has had 2 blood transfusions, a bone marrow biopsy, a peripheral venous access catheter (PVC) placed into her arm, a spinal tap, and has started her first round of chemo therapy. Carmen continues to fight and remain in good spirits, but this unexpected news has hit her family hard. Carmen's family is now beginning to experience how expensive hospital stays, procedures and medications can and will be. They are in need of help to prepare them for the 2 1/2 years that Carmen will have to fight to try to make her leukemia go into remission. At this point in time, doctors are stating that Carmen will need to receive a spinal tap once a week for roughly a month. She will be on chemo therapy until further notice and will need frequent check ups with the hospital to make sure chemo therapy is working for her. Carmen is such a sweet little girl and she has been through so much in such a short period of time. Her little body is fighting, she is trying her hardest and all we can do is help, hope, and pray Carmen wins this fight. We are asking for help for Carmen and her family. All donations will be greatly appreciated and will go towards current and future medical expenses.

Thank You so much for your help!
