Help for Disabled Veteran

On October 29th my daughter Ashley Shaffer, who is a 9 year army Veteran,  had laproscopic outpatient surgery.   During the surgery the surgeon lacerated her intestine.   She has had to suffer two emergency surgeries causing severe physical trauma as well as severe emotional trauma.  Due to the lacerations in her intestines she became so severely septic that she came literally within of a breath of losing her life.  She spent 3 weeks in intensive care plus another couple of weeks in the hospital after that.  Ashley is married and has a 3 year old daughter.  She is unable to work or take care of her family.  Her husband Patrick was with most of the time in the hospital as her condition was so uncertain.   This surgical error has cause a serious financial problem for my daughter and her family.   They are in jeopardy of losing their home and vehicles.   I am make this plea for help on their behalf.   Any donation will be so gratefully appreciated.   Thank you.
