break China's hold on Rare Earth's build refinery

America doesn't have a rare Earth's refinery China has control of and can be without us having any way of changing that they have us by the beach balls I want to change that I have a 360 acre mining claim that has rare Earth's I want to buy the land near to my claim and build a state of the art refinery this land is bordering the Alaska Railroad making this perfect for future years to come but this needs to be done rite with all safety standards in place this will not be cheap but our kids are worth the cost help me to help all of us I will keep all receipts and records of money spent let's start with 5 million and go from there I do need one thing I need a 4 by 4 Truck my mid life Sports Car is not conducive for mining     thank you for your help
