Amelia @ the World transplant games

This is my sister Amelia. At 7 months old she had a liver transplant and now competes in the British Transplant Games.
Now age 10 she has been selected to be part of the team for the WORLD transplant games. 
This event means so much to all of us, especially Amelia and her dad Edward who was her doner.
We need to raise £1000 for Amelia to get to the games.
