Hard Times/Amber's Lung Transplant

Hello friends and family. I am reaching out for help. Hard times are upon us as it has become increasingly hard for me to work. I won't qualify for state disability for a year and what disability I had has been mostly used due to my illness through past leaves I've taken. I'm at a loss and I'm scared. I need to keep my insurance as they have already approved my lung transplant and changing insurance companies is not an option which means very high payments every month with very little income. And trust me I've tried to get medicare and medical but i dont qualify at this time. I've tried my hardest to stay working but that's not an option at this time. Anything helps.
