On August 15, 2017, at around 11:00pm, Amber lost her battle with a deep and secret depression. In that moment, she chose to attempt to end her life. While she was not immediatley successful, she will not be recovering from her wounds.
She was 31.
Amber was fiercly devoted and loyal to her family. And those that she loved found it in them to love her back; just as ferociously. Particularly her mother, Missy Massey, and her fiancee, Sean Schoenhardt.
She was never afraid to put the work in to do things the right way. And when she made up her mind to do something, she got it done.
She was fire embodied and spirit set free.
She was Amber. Period.
