Make Alyssa’s dream come true!

Alyssa is a fabulous 28 year old woman with a big heart! She is the first person to offer help, even if she is the one who could use it the most. She has cerebral palsy (spastic diplegia), chronic migraines, gastroparesis, and a poor functioning colon that caused her to need an ostomy (and even that didn't help because she is still having many difficult struggles with chronic abdominal pain).  Even with her CP, she traveled to Kentucky to participate in a 5K to raise funds for Jill's wish foundation for breast cancer research. She is truly a selfless, kind, special, and truly amazing person!

I have started bringing Aly to the extreme evolution gym to take yoga classes which have been helping her a lot! The yoga allows her to stretch out her muscles in a slow, low impact, and calm setting. Being able to stretch out as much as possible will help slow the atrophy of her muscles and keep her mobile as long as possible. The yoga class also gives her a safe place to clear her mind and it has been wonderful for her!

Last week, our amazing hands-on, selfless, and patient yoga teacher MJ invited her to a yoga retreat in Costa Rica! What a dream for her to be able to benefit from a Yoga program for 7 straight days, but also to get a little adventure in her life, and make some new memories which she could desperately use right now! 

However, because of the medical complications, Aly can not travel alone and needs a helper to go with her. I need your help to make this happen for her so please give me a hand in making this dream come true! She would never ask for any help which is why I have taken the initiative to start a page on her behalf, she really deserves some good in her life right now so again, please help me make this dream come true! The trip is May 25th to June 1st and the retreat has to be paid by April 1st so let's make this happen for a truly deserving person!
