Help Allison move to China!

Hello Family and Friends, loved ones and strangers! I have been given an opportunity to live in China! If you know me I am not one to sit on my hands when a good opprotunity arises no matter how terrifying it can be. I am very fortunate to have a place to live for free, but there are many other expenses that need to be covered.
This trip is a work opprotunity, not a vacation. Aside from exploring what the city has to offer (the many art museums, ice festivals, forrests, sculpture gardens...etc) and learning Mandarin, I have a personal artistic endeavour to document my experience in China through graphic novel and a series of paintings. It will be a time to reflect and grow as an artist.
I am only able to go over on a tourist visa, which allows me to stay up to 6 months, but you may also know it means I am not legally able to get a job while I am out there. I have passport/visa, food, class, clothing, an art material expenses of which I will need your help. This is not a vacation, this is an art opportunity! I want to share this experience with all of you, so please check back for more updates!
