Raising awareness for any type of first responders in emergency situations should Know CPR OR making sure the P.D is prepared when they arrive,
now I need a civil lawyer for Civil rights raising money FundMyAngelos medical expenses the unexpected tragic incidences revolving around my sons unexpected day of his life as a human ..
unforturnate for us this small town of newkent Virginia N.K.P.D was at my home under 4 min 9-1-1 this officer wasn't prepared to save my son.  
I feel Angelo should be alive today!
I need help legaly ,medicaly, V.A obituary  A service and a memorIal .
I NEED YOUR HELO On the fight to bring this to the attn of all 1st responders expecially NKPD
I WANT & need the world to know Angelo Cipriano magic, he was a week away from 18 healthy perfect and then a virus cased heart failure, all the police said to me was stay bk she had a lil black case i thought to jump start his heart as she was placing it on him i said what are you doing she said this tells the ambulance his vitals, I said are u kidding me you lost our window of hope .

my perfect human its not fair.

so im here fighting for angelos life to be known ,
I feel he would be alive today if the Police officer reacted as one should be trained working for the state .
all she the police officer did was tell me to say back and she did nothing .
RE the police report the findings the officer had lied of doing CPR  on my son ,
she lied and angelo died .
I need help to honor Angelos life.

 I want angelos friends school and anyone living in this town KNOWING WHAT HAPPPEND to Angelo OR how Giving his school friends a chance to celebrate Angelos liife .
no one helped us, no one helped me ,im alone and I need any help possible TO GET THIS IN THE MEDIA.
