Thank you so much for your generosity. In just over 24 hours, we were able to hit and surpass our $5,000 goal. We are increasing the goal amount to $10,000 and hope to hit this # by Thanksgiving. We will be organizing volunteers to hand out gift cards to families in need in both the Chico area and in Southern California. 100% of donated money will go to families in need in the form of gift cards (Target, Walmart, Safeway).
A group of Stripe volunteers will be driving to Chico this Saturday, 11/17, and the Saturday after Thanksgiving, 11/25, to drop off donated items and distribute gift cards to families in evacuation sites: Chico Walmart (displaced families in tents in parking lot), Chico Elks Lodge (evacuation site), The Hope Center, Oroville (accepting all donations- in need of toiletries), Butte County Fairgrounds (donation site).
We also have three volunteers in the Los Angeles area who will distribute gift cards to families the weekend after Thanksgiving.

Welcome to our All the Helping Hands Donation page.
Over the last few days, the Camp Fire, burning up near Chico, has become the most destructive fire in California history. As of Sunday, it had claimed upwards of 29 lives, burned 109,000 acres, and consumed over 6,400 homes and 260 businesses and commercial buildings. As a company, we want to do all that we can to help, and we want to empower you all to contribute individually, as well.
We will be collecting monetary donations and giving them to families in need the weekend after Thanksgiving. We are hoping to raise a few thousand dollars and break those into gift cards for displaced families who are seeking temporary shelter at the Butte County Fairgrounds and the Glen County Fairgrounds.
