AlexsaStrong Cancer Treatment Fund

My sweet little cousin Alexsa has been the closest thing to a second sister to me since I can remember. I've seen her grow into the beautiful young lady she is today and it just reminds me of how lucky I am to call her my cousin.

Unfortunately, in February of 2018 was when her life was turned upside down. I can still vividly remember the doctor coming into that hospital room on that cold day to tell her the three words that made everyone's heart sink, "you have cancer".  She had been diagnosed with Hodgins Lymphoma. Her world felt like it was crumbling down right in front of her and I just couldn't fathom the pain that she felt. My heart sunk and all I could utter in my heart was "why God, why her?"

She has been an absolute warrior throughout this whole process. Her loving and incredibly supportive friends & family have been with her every step of the way. God gives his toughest battles to his toughest soldiers. He knocked her on her ass but she learned to get right back up and charge to that finish line.

While I'm sure every chemo treatment is unbelievably grueling, she is on the home stretch with five chemo sessions until she can hopefully ring that "finish" bell.
As anyone could imagine, any sort of chemo treatment is, unfortunately, going to be coming with a price and it's not cheap. Yes, there's insurance but coming from someone in the health insurance industry, the bills are still going to be unbelievably high until that out-of-pocket maximum has been met.

So with that being said, I am taking the initiative to put together this go fund me page to help the Dietrichs in paying for all of those chemo visits and medication that is being administered into Alexsa that are ultimately saving her life. She never asked for this but she is doing all she can to kick cancers ass.

Unfortunately, this terrible disease has impacted too many of us whether a family member, a friend or someone we know.

Any amount of donation will be greatly appreciated and will help our strong warrior, Alexsa win this battle!

Thank you in advance and God bless.
