Alexandria's Cancer Fund

Update:  In April 2018, our sweet friend Alexandria was diagnosed with bilateral breast cancer that had spread to her lymph nodes. Since then, she has endured a grueling course of chemotherapy followed by a bilateral mastectomy in early November.  Of course, Alexandria being Alexandria, she has taken this all in stride with her characteristic strength and good humor.  But she needs our help now more than ever!!  Since the surgery, her doctors have recommended 6 weeks of radiation and more chemotherapy. This fundraiser is to help Alexandria cover the cost of her cancer treatments as well as basic living expenses in the coming months. She has had to take leave from her work during this critical time, and disability payments have yet to materialize, which adds urgency to her financial needs.
