Alexander Day

My nephew Alex, was diagnosed with Cardiomyopathy and Congestive Heart Failure three years ago at just 21 years old. At which point he was given just six months to live.
He has been a very brave a courageous fighter overcoming one obstacle after the next, with the help and support of his amazing mother.
April is a single mother and has been for most of her three children's lives. She has given everything and worked harder than most could imagine to provide for her children, the youngest of whom is special needs.
She based every meal over the last three years on a very special diet that Alex was required to have, adjusting her schedule at work so that she could get him to appointments in Seattle that's about 3hours away. Sometimes borrowing vehicles or paying others for a ride. She has always been there for her son.
There have been countless emergency situations that require 911 assistance and has even resulting in him neverhaving to be air lifted to the coast. But she has never failed to be there.
Waiting hours or even days in waiting rooms and outside hospital doors.
She has done all of this alone.
Alex was placed in hospice and has since lost his battle to this tragic condition.
I am trying to raise the money that April will need to cover her son's final expenses.
The lowest cost for final proceedings and service is right at $3000 dollars. But any amount will help.
Even $5 or $10 from enough people will make a difference and take the some of the pressure off of a grieving mother that still has to make ends meet for her family.
Thank you all in advance.
