Alex Saunders fight of her life

Alexis Saunders is a devoted wife, amazing sister, loving daughter, and an extraordinary mother whos world has just come to a sudden halt. Alex is ONLY 21 years old with a one year old little girl, Adeline Dawn, who is the light of her life. On Monday March 4, 2019 Alex was found by her husband not breathing and was rushed to the hospital. In the hours that followed, her condition rapidly declined with her heart only functioning at 20%. After four days of relentless prayer from friends and family and the tireless efforts of the wonderful DRs and nurses at Lexington Medical Center Alex has finally stabilized and regained consciousness . While we thank God for the progress Alex has made, she still remains on life support and relies on a ventilator to breath.  Alex is currently on a temporary device that assists her heart in circulating her blood in hopes that this will allow her heart time to heal. She has been transferred to Richland Heart Hospital to continue working towards a long term solution for her condition, which could potentially mean a heart transplant.

Alex's family has started this gofundme to help them with the mountain of medical bills that are already beginning to pile up as well as help with living expenses so that Robert (Her Husband) may stay by her side until she is stable.
