Alex Chavez Funeral

Hello my name is Hugo Snyder and I come from a family of 6 but my oldest brother just passed away in a car accident. We grew up without a father only a mother and he was the father liked image in our family. He started working at the age of 14 when we first arrived to the United States and his goal was to help our single mom with us, his siblings to have a roof over our head and food on the table. My mom unfortunately isn’t able to work because she doesn’t have any legal documentation paperwork  to work so he had to do it all alone and he did! My mom making tamales to sell to get extra cash to help him out. He continued school and graduated High School while working full time almost all 4 years of high school. He continued his hard effort to give us everything we needed and was able to help me go to college. Alex was more than a brother he was and is the biggest role model to me. He was only 23 and had achieved more than I thought could be possible. He took over a big family by himself at such a hound age. He had his personal goals to achieve but was never able to start his goals because whis family were more important to him. A 23 year old men was able to successfully support a whole family by himself since a very young age. When he bought his first brand new car he cried and said “ I never saw the day I would be able to buy myself something like this having so many responsibilities and having to take care of 4 siblings, himself, and my mom. I am asking for any help financially to help pay for his services because I am a full time college athlete student and I can’t drop my education right now because that’s what he worked for. All Alex wanted was to see me graduate college and see me have the degree so that I wouldn’t suffer and help them out. Now he is gone and I can’t help him after all he has done for us. I want to be like him and help my younger sibling go to college like he helped me. I am asking for help to pay for his services since I will be graduating in December and I don’t have a full time job rigt now due to school to pay for his service and Alex was our main source of income.
