ALCANFEST started with a dream, to which was added athletes and artists looking for a stage. We have been amplifying the development of urban culture and extreme sports for the past 7 years; here in the Amazon city of Tarapoto, Peru.
In Tarapoto, region of San Martin, we get very little support for alternative sports, which is why we support local talents, giving them a special place to grow and to delight us with their extraordinary capabilities. We want to aid and support young talent as much as possible, so they can be the role models for kids and teenagers in the region of San Martin, Peru.

Event goal
We are searching for motivate local talents, to boost the social harmony between kids, teenagers and youth alike; building new forms of social relations based on the wealth that sports and arts bring in general, to the Tarapoto community.
Why Crowdfunding?
Seven years ago, when we started, we didn’t even have wood ramps! But yes, there were many participants, so all working together, we built ramps directly from the ground with soil, on the field where we had chosen for our event.

Three years later, we received a donation from a local business owner; he gave us simple wood ramps to keep promoting this project.

It’s been four years that we have been using these ramps, and now we need to change them. The first reason is the security of our particpants, but as well beacause they improved their skills a lot through training; and we want to be able to continue to cultivate their new talents. That’s why we want to give them the best, building 3 new ramps; more professional and resistant.
And we really hope that this crowdfunding page will help us with our goal!
How are the fundings gonna be used?
The founds we will raise will be spent on: material, labour, and design of the new ramps.
Here is the budget that we need , all details to be able to make 3 professionals ramps. The monetary unit is Peruvian Soles.
The 8th edition of Alcanfest Festival will be March 4th, 2018;

ALCANFEST, comenzó con un sueño al que se sumaron deportistas y artistas en busca de un escenario. Venimos impulsando el desarrollo de la cultura urbana y los deportes extremos hace (7) años en la ciudad de Tarapoto - Perú.
En Tarapoto - San Martín se apoya poco a los deportes alternativos. Es por eso que apoyamos a los talentos locales dándoles un espacio especial para que nos puedan deleitar con sus capacidades extraordinarias y puedan servir de ejemplo para los niños y adolescentes de la región San Martín - Perú.
Objetivo del evento
Buscamos motivar a los talentos locales, además favorecer la convivencia de niños, adolescentes y jóvenes, construyendo nuevas formas de relación social, basadas en la riqueza que aporta el deporte y el arte en general para la sociedad de San Martin - Tarapoto.
Para que Crowdfunding?
Cuando comenzamos hace (7) años no teniamos rampas de madera pero si muchos participantes, asi que todos juntos construimos una rampa de tierra al costado del terreno donde realizamos el evento.
Tres años despues, recibimos la donación de un empresario local quien nos donó rampas de madera simple para poder seguir impulsado este proyecto.
Hace (4) años que venimos usando las rampas y ahora necesitan un cambio, primero por una razón de seguridad, pero tambien porque nuestros participantes han mejorado muchísimo en cuanto a disciplina y destreza por eso queremos darles lo mejor construyendo rampas más profesionales y resistentes.
Esperamos que gracias a esta pagina de crowdfunding logremos este objectivo!
Como se usará los fondos recolectados?
El presupuesto incluye el material, la mano de obra y el diseño de las nuevas rampas.

El Festival Alcanfest realizará su 8va edición el 04 de Marzo del 2018.

ALCANFEST a commencé avec un rêve auquel se sont joints sportifs et artistes à la recherche d’une scène. Cela fait 7 ans qu’Alcanfest encourage le développement de la culture urbaine et les sports extrêmes dans la ville de Tarapoto, Perou.
A Tarapoto, département de San Martin, les sports alternatifs n’ont que peu de soutiens. Pourquoi le Crowdfunding?
Quand tout a commencé il y a 7 ans, nous n’avions pas de rampes en bois, mais il y avait beaucoup de participants. Donc, tous ensemble, nous avons construit une rampe à même la terre près du terrain où avait lieu l’événement à l’époque.

Trois ans plus tard, nous avons recu un don d’un chef d’entreprise local: 3 rampes en bois afin d’encourager la poursuite du projet.

Cela fait maintenant 4 ans que nous utilisons les mêmes rampes, et nous avons besoin de les changer, tout d’abord pour une question de sécurité, mais aussi car nos participants ont énormément progressé quant a leurs aptitudes et habilités. Nous esperons sincerement que cette page de crowdfunding nous aidera a atteindre cet objectif!
Comment seront utilisés les fonds recoltés?
Le budget inclut le materiel, la main d’oeuvre et le design des nouvelles rampes.
