Akia Uwanda goes International

GUESS WHAT! WE ARE GOING INTERNATIONAL!!

 Akia Uwanda & Friends Band was invited recently at a highly recognized festival in South Korea. The problem is they found themselves needing help with Roundtrip transportation and band fees. This is a growing problem for entertainers whose services are rendered for charity events worldwide and has spun off a division of the THE AKIA UWANDA PROJECT, a 501(c) 3 in process. Our mission is to help artist spread their talent around the world while touching souls with their talents.

As they embark upon other offers, Akia decided to not only campaign for her band, she wants to campaign for change in the artistic community. If artists agree to explore their humanitarian side by doing educational music workshops, sharing info about culture and history along with motivational talks while performing for professional music engagements, then they can receive funding as they travel with her touching young lives all over the world.
