Hello Everyone,
My name is Giancarlo Tita and I'm 33years old patient with a history of newly diagnosed Nasopharyneal cancer . It was diagnosed on the 22nd of July 2015 at Cooper university hospital in Camden New Jersey  also known as head /neck  and nose stage 3 cancer . 
I completed my radiation therapy treatments on 09/23/15 after 23 sessions . During this period I was admitted at cooper university hospital for the whole of that period .
Since then I have been unable to swallow food so, I can only eat, drink or take my medications through a peg tube fitted through my stomach, my only food being ensure plus . 
On August 21st 2015 another biopsy was done and showed the cancer has spread to my thioriatic spine which brings it to stage 3 to 4.
I have just started chemotherapy on the 10/9/15 , of which all of these processes I'm in constant fatigue with nausea from the side effects . I will continue chemotherapy until 2016 with no stopping date for treatment yet . 
Presently I have to buy my ensure plus (food) which is my main feed. Pay for my transport to and from hospital,  because I can't rely on the free transport because they are not reliable . I have to buy my medication to relief my acute pain . 
Worst of all I Will be homeless at the end of this month of November without knowing where to live   . 
So if anyone reads my story please  I will appreciate any donations no matter how small to help me go through from putting a roof over my head and taking care of the rest above .
