Walking alongside - Team AJ

AJ has been a warrior since birth. He has battled and won with Childhood Cancer before and it has challenged him again now at the age of 30. He has been on dialysis 1 year and he was on the kidney transplant list for 15 years and never got the call. It was discovered that a cousin was a match, however with this diagnosis his transplant is delayed until he is in remission for 5 years. This new cancer battle is the biggest battle because until it is won, the wait for his Kidney transplant countdown contiues to remain on hold. The initial scans he had in April were for the transplant but it revealed the cancer returned. He went into surgery on 5/25 to have it removed only to find it had spread. The result is impending chemotherapy and radiation. The planned attack of the cancer is being finalized with his Oncologists in the next week.  This cannot take place for at least four weeks while he heals from the surgery. As this march to a healthy next chapter of life is upon him the medical and life expenses are mounting. His care is stellar in order to ensure the cancer will not return.  Family and friends are praying for a quick defeat of the cancer in order to allow AJ the healthy and happy life he has long deserved. The situation is urgent as AJ cannot work at this time and his need for dialysis and the medical care to eradicate the cancer is ongoing and sometimes daily.  Donations will help keep AJ and his family battle the cancer with the focus being on his fight.
