Aikido Institute of Philadelphia Start-Up Fund

Dear fellow Aikidoka,

First of all, please let me thank those who already made donations to previous fundraisers. Your support has been greatly appreciated so far, thank you very much!

I’m happy to announce that I am in the process of opening my own dojo, Aikido Institute of Philadelphia. I would like to create a central USAF dojo here in Philadelphia where I can study and grow together with my students and fellow aikidoka around the world. And together create and leave a strong legacy of Aikido, to share and make a strong future for present and new students young and old.

I have found a possible home for my new dojo and I need your help to raise about $30,000 in this fundraiser for the build out of the space. To build changing rooms, bathrooms and mat area. Get furniture and to paint and to cover some months in rent while we grow and settle. Any amount you can donate to this endeavor would be greatly appreciated. I plan to give all that donate progress updates of the dojo construction once we begin because it is important to see what you are helping me to create.

So I wish to personally ask for your help and support in seeing this endeavor come to fruition. A home for me, my students and for all visitors to come and learn and to share together this great art of Aikido.
