On September 29th I was involved in a serious car accident that nearly cost me my life. My car caught on fire and was severely damaged (now totaled and beyond recognition). I was unconscious and it took police two and a half hours to remove me from the car. Thank god no one else was involved in the incident. With a broken knee, fractured pelvis, lumbar vertebrate, left occipital bone, and wrist, a large third degree burn on my thigh, and a subarachnoid hemorrhage, my road to recovery is long. Spending nearly two months in a hospital with numerous operations is extremely expensive. I never dreamed of asking for financial help from my friends, but I'm not ashamed to admit that I need help. Healthcare costs are extreme and I'm asking for help to lessen this burden.
