Aid for flood victims in K3 County

In my 30 years here, this is the worst the river has ever flooded... People effected by the flooding need help. I've personally had to deal with flooding in my home and it is the absolute worse. Some houses I've seen can never be used again. Any donation towards helping these families will go a long way! Thanks in advance!
