Help little kymani ketter

Hi everyone , need your attention for an urgent request to all of my friends , family, and connects. This is my son Kymani Ketter and he currently has to undergo one final treatment surgery again in Beijing which will cost $50,000 USD. He has Cerebellar Atrophy, this is where the cells in the brain break down, affecting his motor skills. We have had two trips so far and still in contact with the doctors at the IBS hospital,McMasters hospital and Phua hospital respectively, regarding his treatments. This is our first try with the whole crowd sourcing, but I was advised and wish to ask for donations towards his treatment. We Have raised just over $5000 and I would like any and everyone to donate if you can.
