Aggie Senior Boots for Haydee Diaz

Howdy! My name is Haydee Diaz and I am currently a junior enrolled at Texas A&M University located in College Station, TX. At A&M, I am a member of the nationally famous, Fightin' Texas Aggie Band, (the military marching band at Texas A&M) which is also a part of the traditionally military organization, the Corps of Cadets at Texas A&M (only 60% of students in the organization contract into the armed forces and the other 40% go into the civil sector instead but chose to join for leadership experience, desire to be in the marching band, etc. I am in the latter group). In the Corps of Cadets, seniors earn the right to wear beautiful riding boots for their senior year in the Corps, but they have quite a steep price tag ranging from $1200 to almost $2000, which for someone from a low-income household, that number is a scary one, which is why I am asking for help from family, friends, and frankly everyone and anyone willing to help me fulfill my dream of being able to have my own pair of those beautiful, shiny senior boots. Currently I am working at the local Marshalls back at home for the holidays in order to earn as much as I can for at least for the down payment for getting measurements done, to start paying off school loans, help my parents out with some of our debt, and for school books needed for next semester, but I will not have enough to pay for the boots in full sadly....but I really want my dream of owning my senior boots to come true which is why I'm determined to work hard during the holidays but I can't do it without y'all's help! Any little bit you can pitch in counts and will mean a lot to me! Thank you for being a part of helping me make my dream of being able to pay for my senior boots come true!
