After 5 Music Album Support

The After Five Music Album Support Campaign is to enhance promotion and marketing, assist with cost of printing hard copies and merchandise for the After Five Music album. First impressions are lasting impressions and having your support in ensuring I present the best product possible would mean the world to me.

After Five Music is a soulful, jazz influenced project that reflects our everyday experiences. My most recent single, "One Summer's Eve," a Motown inspired composition, is just a taste of what you can expect to hear. This project is a reflection of the honest, intentional conversations we have  After Five. After Five, we explore the memories of blossoming love, let-downs, and hopes for a better tomorrow with those we trust and love.

Meet me After Five and lets find a common ground!

Dante' attended the Merit School of Music, located downtown Chicago, where his skills and understanding of percussion were groomed. Master Classes with Yo Yo Ma, Evelyn Glennie and Robin Eubanks were just a few of the highlights he enjoyed while at Merit. At Fisk University, he was a member of the world renowned Fisk Jubilee Singers and  toured the country performing Negro spirituals and educating young people on American history through song. Collaborations with Johnny Cash, Eric Clapton, Robert Johnson, Sawyer Brown, Anthony Hamilton and a host of acts at the Grand Ole’ Opry, were just a few of the many enriching experiences gained from his time in Nashville.

In this trio, Dante' expanded his musical palate and learned early-America rhythms and percussive instrumental styles such as the rhythm bones and spoons. As a trio, they performed with the likes of Grammy Award winning, Old Crow Medicine Show and performed for the grand opening of the newly opened Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, DC. Most recently,  Dante’ toured with Kenny Wesley and the Soulful Nerd Band to Peru, Bolivia, Colombia, Madagascar, Gabon, and Rwanda through the State Department's, American Music Abroad Program. While abroad, they performed and taught master classes on funk, gospel and music from the African diaspora.
