Bush Taxi for Cameroon family

I'm from Switzerland and I have been engaged in Loum/Cameroon for quite a while. In order to help my adoptive family of 12 to get a regular income, I'd like to buy a used car in Cameroon to do public transport. On the picture you see a small van just doing that - but we'd be happy with a smaller 4-door-car as well - a Toyota or comparable car.
Here there's no public transport which is cheap. We have private coaches (big buses), expensive, smaller ones, like the one on top, and the cheapest are private cars used as taxis, instead of 4 people in one car we cram 7 into it - 3 in the front, to get as much as possible. From Loum to Nkongsamba, the nearest bigger town, is 22 miles and takes about an hour.... The standard fare is CFA 1'000 (1.5 US$), whereas a worker on a fruit plantation gets paid CFA 40'000 a month ! And that's about the only job available in the area - when health is good.
Private cars make it for CFA 500. It's easy to do taxi - no license needed here, believe it or not!
Those 4'000 I'm looking for are destined to buy such a used car and use it as a car taxi between Loum and Nkongsamba (or Douala, depending on demand). That will help us a great deal, pay rent, food, and, the biggest problem for the family are school fees and buying new household material, get broken things fixed such as the roof which was leaking last year - and, of course, medicine. Just last October two of the kids needed hospital for acute malaria.
What we can offer is: Our house is always open for visitors who aren't afraid to live with the locals, as they do, means with very little comfort but lots of human warmth. Trust me, I know. Visitors won't pay much, sharing cost of food is enough and a cookie for the little ones from time to time. All you got to pay is the ticket and the visa.
