AED's for Louisiana Schools
Donation protected
Lord Wedgwood Charity has partnered with Louisiana Orthopedics Association and Louisiana Athletic Trainers to raise funds to fulfill obligations of Louisiana House bill 123 which Requires all Louisiana schools to have an AED on premises.
All moneys raised will go directly to the purchase of an AED and provided to a school in Louisiana.
This bill was signed with the agreemant that all schools would have an AED before Jan 1 2018.
With the recent flooding, most schools do not have the funds to purchase any extra equipment.
Sudden Cardiac Arrest is the leading cause of dead (outside of a hospital) and being equipped with an AED can save a life.
