Ady's Army

As a 33-year-old father with ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease), I am unable to walk without aid of a cane, breathe normally, or lift my own child. I recently talked with Arizona Senator Jeff Flake on a flight from DC to Arizona over cuts that will affect people with conditions like mine.

I am standing with millions of others with terminal conditions whose lives are threatened by Republican cuts to Medicaid, disability, and health care hidden in their latest tax bill—while at the same time giving tax cuts to the richest people in America.
