Funeral expenses for my grandma

My grandma was found yesterday passed out unfortunately she had a stroke and there was nothing we could do to help her.. she passed away today and we where not prepared for this loss we will really appreciate any help you guys can give us 

Mi abuela fue descubierta ayer desmayada. Desafortunadamente sufrió un derrame cerebral y no había nada que podamos hacer para ayudarla. Falleció hoy y no estábamos preparados para esta pérdida. Realmente apreciaremos cualquier ayuda que ustedes puedan brindarnos.
