8 - 12 - 2017 Adin Fell Asleep At The Wheel & Overcorrected ... Rolled His Dodge Truck 2 to 4 Times ... He Sustained Serious Major Injuries - Broken Neck - C4 Vertebrae - Concussion - a 'Scalped' Spot On His Head (MAY STILL Need Skin Grafts) Along With Multiple Lacerations & Contusions. While This Past Week Our ONLY Concern Has Been Focused On Adin's Wellbeing _ The Hospital & Drs Have Already Been Calling For Financial Info ... So Now He's Forced To Face Financial Obligations (Medical - Legal Fees etc) Even While He Cannot Do Anything For AT LEAST 2 Months & Possibly 3 (Spine Dr Will Decide in 2 Months IF His Neck Brace Comes Off Then ... OR Another Month). Adin Just Turned 18 in March & He Truly Does Not Fully Realize All This YET But Those Bills - Will Be Rolling In Very SOON! And, As The Nurse Said 'He Really Got His Bells Rung From His Head Injury' So He May Not Be Able To Focus & Grasp The Enormity Of Everything From The Accident - YET. Adin is So Overwhelmed Already Physically/Mentally & Emotionally Ever Since The Accident But Now Its Begining To Sink In ... He is Lucky To Be Alive - AND- HE Owes $$$$$ Due To The Accident! So, Myself Being Old Enough To Know But, Not Able To Consider ANYTHING Except Adin's Health This Past Week, I Too Have Just Begun To Realize That Adin Not Only Needs Medical & Physical Help Right Now But, Also Financial Help! Of Course He Doesnt Have Any Savings ... Hes 18 & Just Learning To Navigate The Transition Into Adulthood! Although Adin is Unaware Of This YET If You Can Donate To His Recovery I Know That He Will Really Appreciate It! I Plan To Let Him Know After I Finish This.
