The Adelizzi Family/Jack's Recovery

This page is to help raise money for the Adelizzi family as they help their 15 month old son, Jack, recover from a virus that spirled into much more.  

Since being admitted into the hospital on May 16, 2016, Jack has endured cardiac arrest, seizures and now brain damage. (The extent unknown so far) Through all this Jack has been nothing short of a fighter.  Though the road to recovery may be a long one, we are confident that Jack will be back to his happy, sweet little self soon.  

Alissa and Mike Adelizzi also have another son, Nicky, who will be turning five soon.  Alissa is an elementary music teacher who is missed dearly by her school family--the staff, the teachers, and of course, the students.   She is a wonderful mother and an extraordinary person who has touched so many of our lives here. 

We ask for any donation to help this family with medical and everyday expenses as Jack goes through what could be a lengthy rehabilitation. Thank you so much for your generosity of spirit!
