Adam Udinski's Insulin Pump

Many of you know Adam Udinski, as he has faithfully served our kids & families at Christ Community Church, for a number of years. Now, we have an opportunity to give back! Adam is in need of a costly, yet life-saving insulin pump. This weekend, due to a slight miscalculation of self-given insulin shots, Adam suffered a seizure, and Megan called 911 to rush him to the hospital. They have put off the purchase of this pump due to the high cost: $5000.00 (above what insurance covers.) After this incident, Adam & Megan feel compelled to purchase this pump as soon as possible.
