Adam L Johnson - Prison Help Fund
Hello All,
I'm writing this on behalf of Adam l-Johnson, his family and friends to ask for some serious help, unfortunately he is in some bother and he needs your help.
Firstly those of you that know me know I wouldn't ask for help if we didn't need it and for those of you who know Adam will know he is in this situation for being too nice for his own good and doing the wrong kind of pers
on a "favour." We also would NO WAY ask for help if we had any thought that he had put himself in this situation knowingly!!
Adam, best mate, son, brother, uncle ad's to many has got himself In a spot of bother and is in fact in prison in Madrid.
Adam got asked to 'Help' out a so called friend and now has seemingly become the scapegoat for the police.
Adam is currently doing ok but has no concept of why he is in prison and no one else is??
Most people who know Adam know he would do anyone a favor if he can, his a happy go lucky chap and decent fella. Well on this occasion that's took a turn for the worst and landed him in some serious shite!!
The main aim of this is to raise funds to pay for the criminal solicitor, but also he needs clothes as his shrinking rapidly, money for food and phone cards to keep in touch with not just the solicitor but the outside world.

I don't feel there is any great need for me to post the whole story, but I will give any individual that wants it the info, I have trust in that those of you that know Adam know he would never do anything to get himself put in prison his not that guy!!! He will greatly appreciate any help you can offer no matter how small you think it may be that will mean a lot to us.
Currently hes family have paid 3500€ for us to use a criminal lawyer here in Cadiz capital, a personal recommendation from one of Adams closest circle of friends, Javier Marichel, who has years upon years of experience dealing with just these sort of cases.
We currently have a bill owing to Javier of 400€, i have personally already sent over 350€ to Adam for him to purchase phone cards, foods and treats other than the basic prison food.
He has made friends with his cell mate who happens to be a Irishman and i have already had calls from others that met Adam in Prison in Madrid who have now been released and they are asking after him, which just goes to show the impact this man has on people as soon as he meets them.
At the moment we are awaiting for further information from the courts in Madrid for us to launch an appeal for Adams release which we have already applied for, but has been rejected, because of the delicateness of the situation.
There is a large scale investigation been happening for two years in total, where Adam has no part or connection, i can guarantee this in that i have the case files and i have read it all.
Adam was asked to do a favor for one of his longest friends from the UK and this favor has been his downfall, and in our eyes a favor which is the most normal of things to do when asked for. Whilst the main bods are back in the UK and have their own battles to face, but Adam is the only connecting party here in Spain, hence why they have arrested him, and the Spanish police, in our eyes, have a scapegoat to put the blame on to.
The total cost of the solicitor is looking at 10,000€ or there abouts to continue and to defend Adam until the process reaches court and trial.
At the moment, as mentioned above, we just need as much help as we can get.
Also, if anybody does know of a Spanish criminal lawyer, who you think we could go to for some free advice then please let me know, as we believe that although Javier is working on this case and, believe me, its a slow process to say the least, we might be able to get a break in the case if somebody else looks at it and finds something we have missed, highly unlikely, but i am desperate to give adam some good news.
I will post some updates on here with regards to be able to write to adam, prison location and visiting terms and conditions if anyone does want to go and see him.
I am sure he would love to receive letters of you to keep his spirits up in there, and i know so many have already asked how they can help, so i am hoping we can do this.
There is talk of a fund raiser for Adam, so we will keep this information coming as we get it, we will have a meeting soon, but i would like to try and organize a get together so i can update as many of you as possible, as the same time, so i can then update everyone to his current situation.
Remembering the time that he organised a fund raiser for the waitress in venta florentina who sadly got diagnosed with cancer, this would be fitting to try and do something back for him in a similar fashion.
