Acoustic Guitar Building Experience

I am raising funds to be able to offer an opportunity to someone experiencing mental health issues who might not be able to afford it without the help. I am running Acoustic Guitar Building Courses which will lead people through the process of taking bare timber and turning it into a beautiful acoustic guitar over five days. The sense of achievement that can be derived from this is enormous and the experience will never be forgotten. I have personal experience of doing a course such as this and finding the experience somewhat life-changing. The personal connections made during the time on the course exist to this day. The raised funds will allow me to select someone who really needs the lift this will bring. The next course is running from 4th-8th March, 2019 however there will be more in the year, so the funds may enable the recipient to access a course later in the year. This support will make it possible for me to dedicate a course place specifically for someone who is struggling financially and with mental health issues. The top ten donors will be able to convert their donation amount into credit with Woodtone Guitars for either their own participation in a course or their own custom guitar built by Woodtone.
