Abused or Attacked Cat Medical Fund

A few weeks ago this little guy came across my house and has been hiding underneath my storage shed. I noticed he was in pretty bad shape, he may have been abused or attacked by another animal. He has already been neutered and looks to be pretty young. I've been feeding him daily, given him a flea treatment, and giving him lots of love, which is his favorite. I realized that food and love would not be enough to fix him, he really needs to see a Veterinarian and get proper treatment. As a college student, I sadly do not have enough to pay for his treatment and I hate that I have to ask for help. I plan to rehabilitate him and take him in, where he will have a happy and loving home.
What's wrong with him?
• Tail has been broken and exposed bone has rotted off (Pictured)
• Very skinny and malnutritioned
• Has mouth sores
• Missing lots of hair
• Has fleas
• Open cuts and wounds
• Needs to be wormed
• Needs vaccines
• (Anything else is unknown)

Anything will help to make this little guy healthy again. I'm in love with him, he is a sweetheart and deserves a second chance. If you would like to help, I could not be more grateful. Thank you so much for taking the time to read! I will continue posting updates on our journey to recovery.
