Absolute Beginners is a movie that aims at changing perception of Huntington Disease onset and helping other HD "beginners" cope with it. Produced by Dingdingdong (collective of artists and researchers around Huntington's Disease), this movie is conceived by Huntingtonians who consider HD as an art of life as a perpetual metamorphosis. This movie needs your support to be completed and shown to everyone in several languages.

This movie is the result of years of work, commitment and generosity of an entire film crew. With your help, we will be able to fund its completion: do the final editing, sound mixing, post-production, subtitling and packaging everything for distribution on all international Huntingtonians networks. Subtitles and communications materials are planned in english language.
To this date , more than 80 donors from France have contributed more than 6,000€. With the help of our international community we are aiming at collecting an additional 2,500€ .

// SYNOPSIS
In this film, HD beginners Cassandre, Alice, Piano, Homer, Nymphéa and Charlotte share how they cope with HD in their life – past, present and future. They tell us how they gain empowerment and well-being, through acceptation of their difference, peer-to-peer meetings, and inventions from their own happiness-making genius. To us, they are experts in coping by reinventing themselves and we hope to carry their voices far and wide.
ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS is a film about the art of life as a perpetual metamorphosis.
