Abingdon love for Angie

Donation protected
Angie could use all of our help right now! Please donate anything you can to help cover her medical bills, especially since she will be out of work for several months in recovery. Both our families at White Birch & Rain miss her terribly and look forward to being blessed with her contagious laugh, genuine smile and uplifting presence again soon. Thank you everyone for your support! Read more for details.

For those who didn’t know, Angie has been dealing with stomach issues for a while now. Originally diagnosed with colitis, and later a bowl blockage, she would eventually have to undergo surgery. During surgery doctors found a mass in her colon which they removed along with her spleen. The mass would later come back as stage 2a cancer. The good news is, surgery went as well as it could and Angie is healing up fine! The bad news however is that’s she’s got a long road ahead of her. She will start chemotherapy as soon as she is fully healed and the doctors are confident that she should only need a few rounds. They are being as aggressive as possible with her treatments considering her young age and overall good health. All of this being said, Angie could use our help right now. She will be unable to work for the foreseeable future, and unfortunately life’s expenses don’t stop just because of difficult times. Her White Birch & Rain families look forward to having her back whenever she feels fit, however in the meantime any sort of monetary donation it would be extremely appreciated. Thanks to all in advance.
