Help Still Needed for Sweet Girls

Update 2/27: We were all so thrilled when these two innocents were adopted, but their life of neglect and abuse has taken its toll. Neither one has a single good tooth, and they both have infections in their mouths that are at the least painful and at the worst life threatening.

The adopter cannot afford the dental bill - it is a lot of money. My vet readjusted the bill and made it higher because it is considered surgery. Two rescues told me they would help with a reduced rate surgery,and they cancelled it three times in a row.

The great irony here is that they are so close to being saved, yet so far. A life in constant pain or continual risk is not much of a life. We need to raise $900.00 .  On Facebook everyone was so happy with their adoption- now we just need to help it work. 




Please donate to help these adorable, loving girls. They are a mother/daughter bonded pair,  mama Naomi is 11 and her daughter, Ruthie, is 10. After being used as breeders, these two sweethearts were dumped in a municipal shelter the day after Christmas. We saved them, but after years of neglect they do not have one good tooth between them. The infection is spreading so they need dental surgery. So much of their life has been hard, let’s try and make whatever years they have left healthy and peaceful.
