Aaron Sturtz Recovery Fund

Aaron Sturtz is more than a friend, he’s like family to us. So when he was in a serious car accident on March 1, 2018, it was like it was our brother who was being airlifted to the University of Iowa Hospitals. It is our brother who is in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit in critical condition. And now, less than 48 hours later, it is our brother who is fighting for his life. Although his specific recovery is uncertain, Aaron has a long road ahead of him. This means countless medical bills. His parents, sister and fiancé are like family to us, and we want to help as much as we can. Our starting goal is to raise $10,000. We know this will only scratch the surface, but we must start somewhere. Please give what you can. Encourage your friends and family to give too, because if it was one of them fighting to recover, you’d want others to do the same. We appreciate your time and generosity. The money raised from this will be given to Aaron’s fiancé Elizabeth Hasenmiller to pay for upcoming medical bills and expenses from the hospital stay.
