I'm Baby Bear, a 7-year-old cat pictured here with my mommy, Melissa Boyd. She rescued me from the mean streets of New Brunswick, NJ, when I was just a kitten.
They tell me my heart is too big and it's causing all sorts of health problems for me. I've been in and out of the vet hospital for a week now with congestive heart failure. They've given me oxygen, liquids, and a feeding tube because I'm just not hungry.
I keep improving but I still need a lot of care. I just want to go home and relax with my other furry siblings!
If you can find it in your heart to help my mother do all she can do to help my prognosis, we would both be eternally grateful. It's pretty expensive to stay in the hospital this long! My mom spent $12,000 already!
