For my health

I’m really embarrassed to be asking for a hand out. But, I honestly don’t know what else to do. I have something called PKU. It is the inability to process protein. I have a special diet I am to follow which includes a medical formula I am to drink daily. It is extremely expensive. It is 600 to 800 a month. Not having this formula has caused me to have severe depression, anxiety attacks, and panic attacks, and many medical issues. Been hospitalized for a while. If I continue to not receive this it will cause brain damage and the attacks will get even worse. I have no insurance of any kind. And I’m not working. Really want to work to receive insurance but all these medical issues Im having from being off diet so long is keeping me from being able to function properly to work. I have found some assistance that helps a little. It has brought the price of the formula to 400 dollars a month. But, with all the bills and mortgage it’s still impossible. I’m only asking for help this one time so I will have the medical formula for a whole month and be able to have more time to research for more assistance to help me out. I really hate asking for help paying for something I should be able to do on my own. But, honestly I’m desperate. Any bit of money would be helpful. Even a dollar. That’s a dollar more then what I had. I thank you ahead of time. And I totally understand if you can’t help...  Thank you again.  Kathy Rogers
