Romain Ponsart: Training Fund

Romain Ponsart, 23, recently joined the 7k International Skating Academy to pursue his dreams in making the 2018 Olympic Games as a member of the French national team.  He dedicates each day to long hours of training both on and off the ice as he develops his skills, refines his artistry and builds consistency within his programs.  Romain's hard work ethic, determination and positive attitude has been a welcome addition to the many other elite athetes training at the Academy. 

Due to the expensive nature of the sport, Romain is seeking financial assistance for his training in an effort to obtain all of the opportunities available to him on a weekly basis.  By receiving funds to secure ice time, private and group instruction, off-ice training sessions and unique competition experiences, Romain will be able to continue to succeed in his journey leading up to the next Winter Games.   

Within a matter of a few months of Romain's arrival at 7k, he has made great improvements within his technical and artistic abilities.  By obtaining new personal bests at competitions as well as landing his triple axel and quad on a consistent basis, Romain's confidence and athleticism has skyrockteted.  Help Romain follow his dream while giving him the finances necessary to continue his journey.  Thank you!
