As many of you already know, Kedrick previously served as a teacher/staff member with the Martin De Porres school system. He touched the lives of many youth who crossed his path. He would continue his outreach as a football coach for the Rosedale Jets Football Association. His coaching style, experience and ability allowed him to impart life lessons through football.
Martin De Porres Group Home was established to conduct residential and preventitive programs for youngsters. Their ultimate goal is to assist youth in adjusting to their families and society to lower the risk of juvenile crime, as well as decrease the need for foster care.
In celebration and memory of Kedrick on his birthday, friends & family of Kedrick would like to perpetuate his legacy of commitment to youth athleticism in the form of a donation to Martin De Porres annually. No donation is too small or too large. Last year we were able to co-fund a youth athletic event with Martin De Porres, and we'd like to make that a tradition.
