Basement Flooded

I have 3 inches of water in my basement from foundation cracks and all the rain. Water is still seeping in and insurance company is saying it’s not covered. Bottom of water  heater was covered with water so now it is not safe to use again and has to be replaced. Carpet in finished part of basement is soaked and will need to be replaced. I have lost 2/3rds of my income (starting back in November) and am barely surviving on my salary alone. I have contributed to many Go Fund Me campaigns over the years and as much as it pains me to ask for help, I could really use some financial help at this time . As always, I will pay it forward.
