A wall to enclose a border wall

H.R.5876, the Border Wall Trust Fund Act, was introduced as a bill that authorizes the Department of the Treasury to accept donations to plan, design, construct, or maintain a barrier along the U.S.-Mexico international border.  Subsequently, groups like the American Border Foundation and their "Fund The Wall" initiative are raising money to donate to the Department of Homeland Security for construction of a border wall. 

Our crowdfunded wall is a bigger and better crowdfunded wall. It's the best wall. While their wall delineates borders, ours transcends them. The Wall Around The Wall will reinforce national security by enclosing a divisive border wall, preventing its expansion and circumventing its policing of mobility.

This wall is a conceptual artwork that functions as an imaginary provocation. Just like the wall generated by H.R.5876, our wall will double as a commemorative display recognizing names of contributors. This means: imagine a wall around a wall, and now imagine your name on it.
