A Van For Dalton

I am trying to raise funds to help my friend, Dalton Sampson, get a van with a wheelchair ramp. Dalton is a wonderful young man who has severe disability, both physical and intellectual. His mother, Michelle, is a hard-working single mom with 4 children. Dalton is the oldest. Michelle works 2 jobs to support her family but her employment options are limited because she needs to be able to bring Dalton to work with her. He is now a super senior at Harris Hillman Special Education School and she works at the school as a paraprofessional and she also works at the aftercare program. He is a very beloved part of the Sampson family and they include him in all of their activities. However, as Dalton has grown, it has become increasingly difficult for Michelle to load him into and out of their family van. She must lift Dalton into his seat in the van, then disassemble his wheelchair so that it will fold up small enough to fit in the back of the van. I am trying to raise funds to help Michelle buy a van with a ramp so that Dalton can continue to go places and be a part of the family activities. A used van with a ramp costs $30,000, so any contribution will help!  Thank you so much!!
